3D Model Creation: Our company will create a 3D model based on the client's specifications for approval. This process typically takes 1 day.

3D Model Confirmation: The client reviews the 3D model and provides feedback. Once the client confirms the 3D model, we proceed to the next step.

Sample Production: After the 3D model is confirmed, our company will start producing a physical sample of the product. This process usually takes 7 days.

Sample Confirmation: The client will review the physical sample. Any necessary adjustments will be made according to the client's feedback.

Bulk Production: Once the sample is confirmed, our company will commence the mass production of the product. This phase typically requires 30 days to complete.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): For custom products, there is a minimum order quantity of 5,000 units.

Mold Fee: The mold fee will be quoted separately based on the size of the product and the complexity of the painting process. For products under 15cm with a standard 5-time painting process, the mold fee is USD 300, and the sample fee is USD 50.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the mold fee and sample fee are non-refundable. Additionally, the bulk order payment is also non-refundable once production has begun.
